·   Lina Jang and a second photographer will be available during time specified. Lina Jang wedding coverage includes 8-10 hours. Engagement photo session covers 3-4 hours. Additional hours for photography are $400 per hour for weddings and $250 per hour for engagement photo sessions.

·   Wedding photography coverage includes an unlimited amount of shots taken. An 8-10 hour wedding guarantees 800-1400 shots taken. Engagement photography coverage includes an unlimited amount of shots taken. A 3-4 hour engagement photo session guarantees 100-250 shots taken.

·   Proof albums will have number labels near every print for identification.

·   Lina Jang can customize her packages to client's needs.

·   Mostly journalistic/candid photos plus formal portraits and group shots. Lina Jang will take both color and B&W shots during event (B&W shots can be printed in either traditional B&W or Sepia Tone).

·   Client will pay $1000 non-refundable retainer fee for event. Second installment payment of $1500 is due within a week of wedding date. The remaining balance will be paid when proof album is received. Any discounts, rebates or upgrades will be applied to last payment.

·   In the case that client cannot pick up proof album (in the case that client lives out of state or is a great distance from NYC), Lina Jang can have album mailed to client. In this case, client must first prepay (before mailing of album) for remainder of balance and shipping costs.

·   Client can order additional prints separately in addition to whatever package they initially contract to. Clients can upgrade albums and packages after they receive proofs.

·   Lina Jang will give digital negatives to client when they pick up proof album and pay final installment.

·   Lina Jang grants reproduction rights of photography to client so client has unlimited rights to reprint photography for family and friends as well as design their own albums.

·   Clients will choose the prints and shots that will be in classic album and coffee table album. Photographer will work with client to design classic leather bound album. Lina Jang will design fine art coffee table album independently. A layout and production draft of coffee table album will be shown to client before production. Clients can change and adjust draft design of coffee table album before it goes into production.

·   Please allow 5-10 weeks to receive proof print album. Please allow 8-12 weeks to receive classic leather albums after layout. Please allow 8-12 weeks to receive coffee table album albums after draft has been approved. Please allow 10-12 weeks for coffee table album to de drafted from image selections.

·   Weddings greater than 40 miles outside of New York City are subject to $150 fee for every 100 miles of driving to wedding. Any event where street parking is not accessible (such as in Manhattan during daytime), client is responsible for garage or indoor parking fees.

·   In the case of an extreme emergency, Lina Jang will have a professional wedding photographer cover the event (along with a second photographer).

·   Photographer reserves the right to make reprints and copies for use in her portfolio, promotional and editorial use; unless client requests certain images to remain private.
